"Spore tower that discharges the Pilobolus missile is one of the most fantastic objects in nature. A swollen cell beneath the black capsule that contains the spores is a genuinely light-sensitive 'eye.' We're now into February, usually the worst month for fires in Australia. How it could be worse than December and January is difficult to imagine, but rest assured, the forces who have delivered suppressed/redirected rainfall, induced drought, incendiary chemicals, continental-wide near-simultaneous ignition of hundreds of fires and text-book geo-physical warfare that would make any science-fiction disaster movie director burn with envy resteth not...not when there's any forest left untorched, any animal left unscorched, any landscape left unscathed, any mineral left un-mined. Professor Dickman's claim is a conservative estimate.

Since September 2019, the official start of the Australian fire season, bushfires have affected mostly one type of land area, namely the coastal and eastern ranges of the continent, including Victoria's east.

Mark Eldridge, principal research scientist at Australian Museum in Sydney, said Professor Dickman's estimate is probably an underestimate, especially considering it does not include losses of bats, frogs or, notably, invertebrates which are foundation elements of the food chain.
"The approach is an entirely appropriate way to estimate the numbers of a limited range of vertebrate animals that would have been present in the areas burnt," Dr Eldridge said.

"Given the habitat differences, it is likely to be a cautious underestimate of the actual numbers of these groups of vertebrate animals present in the wetter and more diverse forests that actually mostly burnt. MAN IN SPACE: EXPLORATION, INVASION or CONTAMINATION?

Theoretical physicist David Bohm's concept of holo-movement may be more inclusive and all-encompassing than the old-fashioned Newtonian-Cartesian space-time continuum, but in lieu of the high-falutin' maths necessary for post-quantum-relativistic astro-physics, I will for the time...and space...being, stick to 'flat Earth cosmology'...not in a literal sense, even though for all practical purposes, the Earth IS flat as a pancake in many places and at many scales: you won't find an edge to throw your Coke bottle off of, but you've got to get pretty high up to see the Earth's curvature...almost to, yes, SPACE...but 'flat-Earth' in the metaphorical sense that Bohm is to Newton and Descartes as the apparently-real multi-dimensional helio-cosm and oblately spheroidal Gaia are to a literal 'flat Earth' that is not 'in' space but close to it!

In the 20th century, man didn't decide to venture into the universe. Why, because if asked, anyone would say 'Well, we're already there, aren't we?" But that is what I've always said about our imperative to 'go into space.' We haven't felt the urge to travel into time, unless there's a 'Time Tunnel' equivalent of the Apollo Project I don't know about, nor have we tried to explore the implicate and explicate holo-movements? DUH? Even Elon Musk would scratch his head on that one!

But space...GIVE ME SOME SPACE OK?????

Space as a topic for a radio show and blog post is an even bigger topic than the 'revolution in military affairs' under whose laser-knives life on Earth shudders, than the ocean and her life-forms, or even Mother Earth herself...only the universe is bigger than space!

My own life reflects the two primary dimensions of the whole 'space' thing: looking at, observing, studying, photographing objects that are 'up' or 'out there', all subsumed under the canopy of astronomy; and probing, manipulating, inserting and venturing into 'space' via satellites and astronauts, which I will refer to as 'rocket science' (an expression often used in a way that 'brain surgeon' is used to describe the discrepancy between someone's mental capability and what they purport to aspire to).

I did almost religiously follow all the Apollo moon-walk hu-ha, even witnessing Apollo 14's Saturn V rocket lift off from Cape Kennedy in 1971, and staying up all night many times photographing the 'moon walks' from the tv screen...for which the whole production was created!

But reality won out. My dad had given me two books in 1968: Field Guide to the Heavens and Worlds in Collision by Immanuel Velikovsky. Not only did these books inspire me in many ways, they were both maps that have led me to who and where I am right now. I am me, in space...who and where else?????? :)

I never wanted to be an astronaut but I did want to be a professional astronomer, until a year or two of advanced math and physics at uni proved me wrong. Then I fell in love with the dolphins and was drawn into the true 'dolphin matrix'...which very interestingly ties together the primary dimensions of the whole space thing and has been the central thread of my whole life ever since...and maybe even before!

Well, I know the Saturn V carrying Apollo 14 took off because I saw it and felt and heard it...no greater and impressive spectacle could exist to convince people that we went to the moon! And on an earlier visit I even got to go inside that huge building! Back then I couldn't possibly question any of this...but in recent decades, as my understanding of things in general has expanded exponentially...and I have to thank Dr. John C. Lilly for being the first person who really opened my eyes to the nefarious and diabolical potential within all things military, industrial and 'intelligence'-oriented...I have been pds (pretty damned sure) for a long time that no human being has ever walked on the moon, or even travelled outside of a low Earth orbit. And that all this spectacular rocket stuff was primarily no more than elaborate special effects for a huge psychological warfare operation known as the Apollo Project.

I believe that we have gone into low orbital space beginning with Yuri Gagarin followed by Alan Shephard and then John Glenn, the first person to orbit the Earth. Mercury followed by Gemini, and similar Russian operations. But I feel certain that the whole Apollo thing was a hoax from day one. Why? I won't go into too much detail here, but a race for technological superiority was on: in 1938 the Nazi's gave the world the first global television broadcast, of the Olympic games. America freaked out, so they then came out with the atomic bomb, which freaked everyone out. Soon Russia had the bomb, so America tried to beat them into space but failed, so then they had to beat the Russians to the moon fulfilling JFK's vision. The technology to do it was not there, but the technology to convince people was in full force: television was known as 'the atomic bomb of the mind' in military circles.

The emphasis here is on appearances. Post-World War 2 America had been heavily infiltrated by Nazi residue courtesy of Allan Dulles, Reinhard Gehlen, Operation Paperclip and the CIA. Thousands of Nazis scientists and doctors became 'Americans' over-night and with the implementation of 'national security directives' began the Nazification of the 'home of the free'...a process on-going to this day.

WERNER VON BRAUN WITH JFK

All of their insidious, nefarious and diabolical research found new homes and fertile environments in which to incubate and mutate. The crown jewel of the Nazi import mother-lode was Werner von Braun, top SS officer, director of the Peenemunde Proving Ground where German rocketry (and flying disc) technologies were developed. Von Braun developed the V-1 and V-2 rockets, whose purposes were more for terrorism and psychological warfare more than for actual blowing stuff up.

The Nazis were quite sophisticated with respect to all things psychological, and their shrinks had come up with the weltanschauungskrieg, or 'world-view warfare.' Von Braun would have been a part of all that with his V-terrors, and when he became the director of the newly-formed National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), it could easily have been him who came up with the idea of faking a moon-walk mission: he had witnessed the power of the Third Reich's first global television broadcast, and realized that this represented an unprecedented tool of psychological warfare...'seeing is believing', right? and if the viewing public thinks they are seeing images coming from lunar orbit instead of a Hollywood studio set, well, how could they possibly know the difference?
If the Manhattan Project could be kept secret, why not the true nature of the Apollo Project? An initial part of the op would have been to determine exactly who needed accurate information and who didn't, and to orchestrate, engineer and monitor this network of information/disinformation, with emphasis on 'content creation' to fit the bill.

Von Braun personally expressed his view that living organisms could never pass through the powerful Van Allen radiation belts and live, and he recognized the power of the the image, regardless of its connection with reality: if America could give the appearance of beating Russia to the moon, this would be a HUGE TRIUMPH of superior Yankee know-how and lower the temperatures of the Cold War by a few more degrees!

Presto! Who knows how it would have happened but Stanley Kubrick and Arthur C. Clarke were working on their magnum opus 2001: A Space Odyssey around that time, still regarded by many as the best science-fiction film ever made. The story goes that Kubrick was recruited to fake the moon-landings as only he could do, knowing that he could never 'take credit' for it but in exchange for unlimited financing for 2001...which shattered all previous production budget records.

ONE OF KUBRICK'S CLUES: TWO DIFFERENT SHADOW ANGLES FROM 'SUN'

A lot of evidence proves, to me, that this is in fact what happened. Kubrick left a lot of 'clues' in his photos and footage. The whole Von Braun-Disney-Clarke-Kubrick connection reeks of, shall we say, imagination? Sure we might have real moon-rocks...brought back by probes, not people. Sure we have photos of the Earth rising over the moon...from lunar orbiters. But all the rest is fake. The details don't matter...the astronauts themselves were either knowingly complicit and/or under a full-spectrum of MK-Ultra mind-manipulation enterprises to make them think or believe they really did go to the moon. Supposedly 24 men have visited the moon...all of them American, and all between 1969 and 1972. No other nation has claimed or even tried to go, and America has not even tried to go back, even with the moon being such an important strategic outpost (just ask Jules Verne or Pink Floyd!).

Sure, who knows how many people have spent months or years in orbit around the Earth...inside the Van Allen belts? This is doable, although anyone outside the stratosphere is being exposed to a wide array of high-energy ionizing radiation and particles from the sun and beyond...which according to recent studies is far deadlier than previously believed. ELON MUSK: THE 'DR. STRANGELOVE OF MARS'

This renders Elon Musk's plans to colonize Mars a bit untenable. Ordinary human beings made of water, carbon (yes, the most evil of elements!), DNA, with mitochondria and protoplasm, can't even get out of low Earth orbit, much less traverse the 225 million kms average distance (approx. 1.5 au, or astronomical units, or approx. 3 light-minutes) and stay alive UNLESS they might be a new breed of 'Master Race astronaut' who, possibly like Elon himself, are part cyborg/android/GMO themselves.

As science-fiction as it sounds, just like geo-physical/environmental warfare using micro-wave weapons, the trans-genic movement is huge among the delusiocenti power elite. I looked at Rogue Asteroids and Doomsday Comets with great interest, as this book, published in 1995, focussed a lot of attention on 'threats from space' and is credited with inspiring the wave of 'extra-terrestrial disaster' films coming out of that era.

I emailed Steel, who has been living in Nelson, New Zealand for the last several years. He replied and sent me a couple of articles, but then became incommunicado, due to 'personal issues.' As I was house-sitting in Nelson a few weeks ago, I made an effort to get in touch, and was able to arrange a meeting.

To me, Steel was the quintessential authority on comets and asteroids, an area of great interest to me...and all of life on Earth. I had glimpsed his impressive cv and his claim to have known and worked with Arthur C. Clarke.

I recorded a really good interview with him in Queen Charlotte park in Nelson's cbd, only a few hundred meters from the geographical centre of New Zealand. If New Zealand had any nuclear missiles, this is where they would be stationed. We talked almost exclusively about comets, asteroids, bathycentres, orbits, and related topics like the Kuiper Belt and Oort Cloud. And, reluctantly on my part, his 'personal issues.' He apologized for his lack of communication, attributing it to these 'issues.' I replied, 'Well count yourself lucky to have only a few...imagine how many 'personal issues' Mother Earth has...7.6 billion!" It was a great and educational dialogue.

On his web-site I had seen a statement by him declaring that he thought it would be a great idea to disseminate GMO's, genetically modified organisms on Mars and beyond. At first I laughed, as to me this had to be a joke. But when I was able to ask him in person, he clarified that it was not a joke. He also explained that he had more or less left all the comet and asteroid stuff behind about 25 years ago and was now working in the field of image and information processing from satellites, for a company called Xerra, based on the south island.

If this was coming from a fringe lunatic or someone in an institution or on the outskirts of civilization, I wouldn't be concerned, but Steel is apparently quite influential in the corridors of the military-industrial complex. The company he works for is overtly involved with making satellite data publicly available, and after our interview I had a whole new set of questions for him about his current work. But my communications went unanswered, so I got in touch with Xerra, asking for an interview with their lead scientist.

To make a short story even shorter, both Steel and Xerra essentially blew me off when I started asking questions about what they actually do. My suspicions of shadow were confirmed when I saw that the lead scientist worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory for ten years, mainly as a computer scientist, and had developed a new system for mapping the entire surface of the Earth at unprecedented levels of resolution.

Think about who this would be of use to. Beyond that, Oak Ridge, or ORNL, was established as part of the Manhattan Project and was where the plutonium for triggers was processed (still is?), and is to this day one of the main command, research and development centres for all-things-nuclear, but GET THIS: ORNL is also home of some of the most advanced research into genetic engineering, including the dangerous CRISPR gene-sequencing technology.

All this plus the fact that Xerra has ties to Rocketlab, the New Zealand equivalent of Elon Musk's SpaceX...private corporations putting objects into space (including thousands of 5G satellites), and that Rocketlab is now owned by Lockheed-Martin, the world's biggest weapons manufacturer...maker of satellites, nuclear missiles, deep sea-bed mining technology, microwave weapons, and they run cyber-security for the Pentagon and the U.S. government, as well as over-seeing New Zealand's military apparatus as a whole.

I am now referring to Duncan as Dr. Frankensteel, in the spirit of Kubrick's Dr. Strangelove, a parody of Dr. Edward Teller, 'father of the H-bomb' who wanted to use hydrogen bombs to blast out new harbours in Alaska. Frankensteel's idea has made me think of other heinous atrocities, other grotesque desecrations and violations of the spirit of life...Nazi doctors impregnating female concentation camp inmates with gorilla semen; the use of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in order to study the effects of ionizing radiation on a living population; Dr. Cornelius Roads who killed at least 8 Puerto Ricans by injecting them with carcinogenic substances...and was then appointed head of Biological Research for the Atomic Energy Commission; and, closer to home, the notorious 'human radiation experiments' carried out at, yes, Oak Ridge National Laboratory and other locations in the 1950's where dozens if not hundreds of unsuspecting people were injected with plutonium...the deadliest and most carcinogenic substance known to exist...to see how it affected them. What do you think they found?

Don't you find it quite scary that the idea of disseminating genetically-modified organisms on Mars is being actively explored even in unclassified channels and by those who possess the technology to do so?

Our old friends at D.A.R.P.A. have been working on this for a while but astronomer/educator/activist Carl Sagan would not only have opposed this even more vehemently than he did the publication of Immanuel Velikovsky's books, he and fellow space scientists specifically warned against the accidental contamination of other places in the solar system.

I really find it hard to imagine anything more pathologically chauvinistic, presumptiously necrophilous, and saturated with testosterone-inflated impotency than the D.A.R.P.A./Frankensteel proposal. How could we possibly know about 'life on Mars' when we are so unbelievably blind and insensitive to our myriad families of life here? Frankensteel sounds convinced that Mars is 'barren' in the same way that he thinks the Pacific ocean is 'empty' and that the lower stages of rockets falling in would not affect anyone. 'Barren' also means 'without child.'

Astronomer and broad-band thinker Thomas Gold, who gave Carl Sagan his first job at Cornell, believed that the vast majority of all the bio-mass of life on Earth existed as subterranean microbes who live not only in soil but in rock, down to depths of several kilometers...organisms requiring neither oxygen or sunlight to fluorish. He speculated that other planets and their moons would be likely candidates for microbial life.

How could we possibly know who or what might be happily living on Mars? How many scoops of Martian soil have been analyzed...compared to the trillions of cubic meters that are there? Would or could we even recognize it even if it jumped on our noses? Who in their right mind could possibly conclude that Mars was 'barren' based upon such scanty information? You guessed it...NO ONE.

The last episode of Carl Sagan's brilliant tv series Cosmos is entitled 'Who Speaks for Earth?" In it he goes into the nuclear scenario, which remains to this day the single greatest threat to life that exists, regardless of the deluge of 'climate change' propaganda.
